Cost of Survey Participation

The cost of SLPPS is very reasonable and is determined by UCEA membership status and repeat usage.  Only web-based surveys are available at this time. The survey costs include survey fielding (including 3 email reminders for non-responding participants), a standard descriptive report of summary findings by measure, and related technical support to launch the survey fielding for your institution.

Utah Education Policy Center (UEPC) will contract with departments at the above noted rates for SLPPS administration.

Initial Administration fee includes personalization of survey with up to 5 department-determined survey items. If departments wish to include more than 5 personalized items, the following additional costs will be added to the base fee:

  • 6-10 items, $250
  • 11-15 items, $500
  • More than 15 items, inquire for fee

Return User fee entitles departments to subsequent administration of the exact survey originally administered. Departments wishing to alter their version of the survey to be administered will be assessed the appropriate Initial Administration fee.
